The early phone call is set up originally to go to your home phone only.  If you have set up your "account" and made changes to add your cell phone in previous years, that is still current and no changes need to be made.  If you have never done that, to add your cell phone or e-mail, here's how:

Go to        https://instantalert.honeywell.com/

Sign in as a "new user" and "parent"
You will need to know the birth date of one of your kids
When you get to "select" next to your cell number, you only have to fill that out if you want to receive "texts". 
After you add your cell and/or e-mail, click on "alert set-up" at the top to choose what type of message you want to receive by cell, e-mail etc.
