The Annual Benefit Auction is a week long event to celebrate with each other what God has done in, through and for our school, as well as raise money to continue our mission as a school. This event involves both parents and students and is the largest fundraiser to support the school year. Proceeds from our auction are allocated toward tuition assistance and other school costs, which will ultimately enhance the educational experience for our children.

Our online auction platform has been extremely successful over the past several years.  The convenience of bidding and allowing CHS supporters from out of the area to participate have helped continue reaching those who want to enjoy the CHS Auction.

At the Conclusion of the Auction:

ITEM Pick-Up will be:

  • Friday, March 22nd from 3:00-5:00 pm
  • Saturday, March 23rd from 9:00 am - Noon
  • All items will be available for pick up in the CHS Gym. Some gift certificates may be mailed upon request, please contact the office to request.

When paying your invoice, the "service fee" is the electronic payment processing fee which you may choose to cover to help CHS. There is also another option on the same page that defaults to 15% which goes to Galabid who hosts the auction website. This money does NOT go to CHS. You may choose Other and specify zero or another amount if you desire.

Item pickup will be at the school on the 17th from 3-5pm and also on the 18th from 9am-noon.

Bidding in the Auction

Participating in the auction when hosted on-line, and inviting guests is a great way to support this event. We invite all families to participate and encourage you to invite your friends, family, pastors, church elders, neighbors or anyone else that could support our school.

Procuring Auction Items

Each family is encouraged to help us obtain items for the auction. This can range from donations given from the families or individuals themselves, or help with soliciting local businesses that are interested in supporting our school and Christian education. We also need volunteers to help with planning, decorations and day of event coordination.

Think about who can donate (friends, family, work) and what can the businesses you patronize donate. Be ready to answer questions about Christian Heritage School– who we are and what we do.

What if they say “No”? Sometimes they do; don’t take it personally. Check back again the next year as in case the situation changes.

Sponsoring the Auction

By sponsoring the CHS auction, your business can showcase your support of the school and receive public recognition on the website and during the event itself. You will feel great knowing that your sponsorship helps to leverage other gifts to benefit the students at Christian Heritage School.
